Bazaar on Cambridge St
MIT media studies claim Bazaar to be the best Russian supermarket in Boston. It has a wide selection of Eastern European food products along with great frozen fish and caviar. This store is located in Allston. I found a few mentions of it in Polish and Latvian resources.

This is the best place for low price food shopping. Fresh vegetables, meet, grocery and diary. Vote #1 Store of European food in New England!

It is a great store, except if you weigh the self-serve deli meats and cheeses, the weight never comes close to what’s written on the package - it’s, at least, a quarter pound lighter than what you paid for. Therefore, I don’t know if you can call it ‘cheap’.

I have been shopping here for the past year and I love it! It does have a great selection of eastern European foods, and also the produce, meats, and dairy are very fresh and very cheap. I do mean cheap too-even for things that don’t have to be weighed like milk, cheese or frozen foods. But I have never had a problem with the weight before and I buy the self serve and deli foods. I think it is great.
