Do not order delivery from this place if you don’t have a doorman. The first time I ended up canceling my order because they kept putting off delivery. Second time, my friend placed a Xmas order to be delivered by them to me. Unbelievable. They called saying they’d deliver between 6 and 8. When i called them at 9 pm asking when they’d come, the customer service person litterally yelled at me and told me not to order next time if i cannot cannot be patient. I would have loved to cancel the order but i didn’t want to upset my friend who wanted to “surprise” me. I was stuck home on a Friday night waiting for a food delivery.
Is there anything more f-d up than russian service? Our customer service stupidity and rudeness is just beyond belief.
this store saling always very old product,expired food, and they changing date by hands writing, much better, dont buy anything from them, and be careful.if you need some russian food go to Brooklyn, Brighton beach and you can bu freesh product.all selami if expired, this people claning with oil, wich is making better look, but inside still old and you can be sick,and remember your stomack not garbage to put everything there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
