The first time I ended up canceling my order because they kept putting off delivery. Second time, my friend placed a Xmas order to be delivered by them to me. Unbelievable. They called saying they'd deliver between 6 and 8. When i called them at 9 pm asking when they'd come, the customer service person litterally yelled at me and told me not to order next time if i cannot cannot be patient. I would have loved to cancel the order but i didn't want to upset my friend who wanted to "surprise" me. I was stuck home on a Friday night waiting for a food delivery. Is there anything more f-d up than russian service? Our customer service stupidity and rudeness is just beyond belief. Do not order delivery from this place if you don’t have a doorman.
